How to change folder icon color on Kubuntu 14.04

Kubuntu 14.04 has been released together with the release of Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr. On this tutorial I am going to show you how to change folder icon color on Kubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr. With this simple tutorial, you can give different color for each folder you have. This tutorial is applied when you are using Dolphin file manager.

All you need is to download Dolphin Folder color application. Do this on Terminal

cd ~
wget kde-apps.org/CONTENT/content-files/164008-dolphin-folder-color.tar.gz
tar -xzvf 164008-dolphin-folder-color.tar.gz
cd dolphin-folder-color && rm 164008-dolphin-folder-color.tar.gz
./install.sh

Now log out and log in back. Open Dolphin File Manager and right click on the folder you want to change its color and select desired available color from there.
