The following steps show you how to correct the fish eye effects on DJI Phantom 2 Vision + camera. DJI Phantom 2 Vision + has a stunning camera on board to take great pictures and videos. But in case you don’t want the fish eye effects on the pictures, you can do the following steps.
What you need:
- Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. I use Photoshop CS6 but previous version should be fine.
- DJI Vision camera profile for photoshop. I was searching for this DJI Vision camera profile and finally got one. You can directly download it from the link below this post.
Step 1.
Download camera profile from the provided link (end of this post). Extract it to the following directory on your computer:
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0
ProgramData is hidden, so make sure you change the Windows settings to show the hidden files. Now you should have the following file on the folder.
PHANTOM VISION FC200.lcp
Step 2.
Open Adobe Photoshop CS 6 (or any version you might have)
Go to Filters | Lens Correction
Select DJI from the Camera Make. And then select PHANTOM VISION FC200 from the Camera Model. See above picture for illustration. Press OK when done. And now you can see your fish eye picture corrected.
Final result shows no fisheye effect
