Steps to create a new VPN Connection on Windows 10
Open control panel and click Network and Sharing Center. You will see your active network listed there. Below the Change your networking settings, click Set up a new connection or network. It will open new connection wizard.
Click Connect to workplace and press Next
Select No, Create a new connection and press Next
Since we want to create a VPN Connection, click the first one (Use my internet connection VPN). On the next page, you will need to enter the VPN server address.
Click Create and after that, you will see your new VPN connection is listed on your network connection list.
Right click on it and select Connect/Disconnect. You will be directed to Settings page
Click Advanced options to configure user name and password for the VPN users.
Save it and you are ready to connect your new VPN connection.
