Linux Lite 2.0 comes with a handy tool to install additional software. I am not sure if they have a special name for the tool/script but its very useful for new Linux users. On this tutorial I am going to show you how to install Google Chrome on Linux Lite 2.0. Not like any previous tutorial to install Google Chrome on Linux, we do not have to download, install, edit the repository manually. Its very simple.
First, open Install Additional Software tool via System. You will see a Terminal window with numbered tasks on it.
To start installing Google Chrome, type 2 and press Enter. This tool will automatically download and install Google Chrome on Linux Lite 2.0. On the confirmation window, simply click Yes to confirm it.
