I just installed Ieos7 icon theme on my OpenSUSE 13.2 Gnome edition. Ieos7 is one of my favorite icon theme for my Linux distribution. I like the icon design which mimic the look of Mac OS X icon theme. For me, this icon theme is much better than the default icon theme on OpenSUSE 13.2. If you like, you may download and install this Ieos7 icon theme on your distribution.
Steps to install Ieos7 icon theme on OpenSUSE 13.2

Now extract the file Ieos7.tar.gz by right clicking on it or use this command

Done. Now open Gnome Tweak Tool and change your icon theme.
