Steps to Install Ozon Icon Theme
First, install git. Skip this step if you have git installed already.
su
dnf install git
Now clone the official Ozon Icon Theme from github
git clone https://github.com/ozonos/ozon-icon-theme.git
cd ozon-icon-theme
mv Ozon /usr/share/icons
Now open Gnome Tweak Tool and apply this new icon.
