Systemback is an open source, system backup and restore application for Linux system. With Systemback we can easily create backups of system and users configuration files. If in the future we encounter problems, we can easily restore the previous state of the system. There are extra features like system copying, system installation and Live system creation.
For Ubuntu users, you can add Systemback PPA Repository to your system and install Systemback on Ubuntu easily. If any future releases we can get updates immediately and install the updates quickly. Please use the following commands to add Systemback PPA to your Ubuntu. It supports Ubuntu 12.04, 14.04 and Ubuntu 14.10 as well.
sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:nemh/systemback
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install systemback
