Unable to install Team Viewer Headless Mode on Fedora 24

October 15, 2016 | By | 1 Reply More

I was trying to install Team Viewer 11.0 on my Fedora 24 Server. I believe that Team Viewer can be installed as a headless mode (No GUI). I follow the instruction shown on the official Team Viewer website. The team Viewer RPM package installation was successful.

I installed Team Viewer RPM package with the following command. (Its pretty standard.)

Everything went perfectly.

But then the setup returned error:

[root@fedora ~]# teamviewer setup

The framebuffer console seems to be unavailable or has the wrong format. Please
make sure that /dev/fb0 is accessible and it is configured to 32-bit depth.

Is there any way to fix this… Leave us your comment if you have any solution on this.
