How to install Avidemux 2.6.15 on Elementary OS Loki

Step 1. Add the repository

Open Terminal and paste the following command to add the repository

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu xenial-getdeb apps" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list'

Followed by this command to add the key

wget -q -O- http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -

Step 2. Update repository

sudo apt-get update

Step 3. Install Avidemux

sudo apt install avidemux2.6-qt
