On my previous tutorial I have shown how to create a new disk pool on RockStor 3.8-10. Now, I want to show you how to create a new share on Rockstor server. Its pretty easy to create new share on Rockstor.
First, login to Rockstor web console. And then go to Storage | Shares
Click Create Share
Give name for the new share, select available Pool and also specify how much space you want to allocated for this new share. Click Submit to start create new share.
Rockstor is a modern Linux distribution designed for server. It comes with a nice and clean web configuration console. Creating new share, manage users and perform other tasks is a simple task.
