To install it, simply download this rpm package on CentOS 6.4.
Press OK to open it using Package Installer. Select Install on the next window and type your root password to start the installation. To check if it installed correctly, simply run this command:
ls /etc/yum.repos.d
You should see EPEL repository listed there
