We have previously installed a new Domain Controller using Univention Corporate Server 4.0-1. After the server/domain controller up and running, I will show you how to add new domain users on Univention Corporate Server. Adding a new user in Univention Corporate Server can be done easily via UCS Management Console.
Steps to create new domain users on Univention Corporate Server
Login to UCS Management Console. You can do this by typing the IP address of your UCS server on a web browser such as
Login using Administrator account.
Click Domain and then Users as above. You will see the user management page displayed
Press Add to add new user
Enter the new user details including First Name, Last Name and user name. Press Next to continue
Press Create User to finish the step. Now your new user is created and the new user can start logon to the Domain with the new credential. Thank you.

This is a domain user. Make sure you have correctly setup your client PC to join the domain controller/active directory of UCS.
