On this tutorial, I will show you how to create OpenSUSE Install disk using USB Flash Disk. I use Windows 10 on this tutorial. Next time I will show you how to do the same on Linux box.
Requirements
- OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 ISO. Download it from here.
- Etcher application
- USB Flash Disk (8 GB or more)
Steps to create OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 USB Installation Disk
I assume you have downloaded OpenSUSE 42.3 ISO and Etcher. Plug your USB flash disk and then run Etcher. You will see the following window on your Desktop. Make sure you have inserted your USB flash disk prior to opening Etcher. Otherwise, your flash disk will not shown as follow.
Click Select Image and browse the OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 ISO file you have downloaded.
Now we are ready to start the process. Click Flash and wait until the process is completed.
