Adobe Flash Player is not included on default Fedora 25 installation. You may check the flash plugin on your Fedora 25 if its installed or not. Step 1. Install Adobe YUM repository
rpm -ivh http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-adobe-linux
Step 2. Install Adobe Flash Player
dnf install flash-plugin alsa-plugins-pulseaudio libcurl
Now re-check using Firefox once again and you should see Shockwave Flash listed there.
