Steps to install LXQt 0.9 on Ubuntu
A. Add the PPA Repository
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lubuntu-dev/lubuntu-daily
B. Update local repository index
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
C. Install LXQt
sudo apt-get install lxqt-metapackage lxqt-panel openbox
