How to install MKVToolnix 9.6.0 on Ubuntu 16.04 and Ubuntu 16.10

If you need a tool to modify MKV video files on Ubuntu Linux, MKVToolnix could be the best option for you. The new version of MKVToolnix 9.6.0 is available for Ubuntu 16.04 and Ubuntu 16.10. MKVToolnix PPA is available so installing this MKV manipulation tool on Ubuntu is very easy. Before we go through the installation, maybe you need to know what this MKVToolnix can do for you.
