I am a Spotify users and I would like to have the Spotify client on my Linux Lite 3.0 desktop. Luckily, there is a simple way to get the Spotify client installed on Ubuntu based Linux like Linux Lite 3.0. For your information, Spotify client for Linux is working perfectly on Linux Lite 3.0. I can browse, play, sync my Spotify account on my Linux Lite.
Open Terminal and execute the following commands
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys BBEBDCB318AD50EC6865090613B00F1FD2C19886 echo deb http://repository.spotify.com stable non-free | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/spotify.list sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install spotify-client
