It is very easy to install Numix Icon Theme Circle on Antergos since its available in the repository. You can either install it via Pamac Software Manager or via command line.
Simply open Pamac Software Manager and then type numix circle on the search box. You will see Numix Icon Theme Circle listed there. Now you can install it. Once installed, open Tweak Tool to apply the new icon theme.
