This is the last part of this tutorial Step by step installing Zentyal 3.4. You may read my previous tutorial Step by step installing Zentyal 3.4 part 1 and part 2. Once the installation has been completed, after reboot you will see the Zentyal 3.4 web management opened. Login using username and password you created during installation.
You can also login from other computer in the same network. Simply type https://zentyal-ip-address. For example, https://192.168.2.110. You can check the IP address of your Zentyal server (if the IP is given by DHCP server on your network) by opening the Terminal console and type:
ifconfig
It should returned:

Once you log in, you will need to configure some more things.
Choose Zentyal packages to install. You can select which apps or features you want to have on your server. Simply click on each items and press Install.
Click OK to confirm the installation of the packages. In a moment, Zentyal will continue to configure your server. Next is to configure the network interface. Your network interface will be detected automatically. You must select for each card role, internal or external. If you only have one card, select Internal. The external means the card will communicate to the internet.
Next is to select the server role. You can choose the type of your server for example Standalone server or as a backup for another Active Directory server. Also give the host domain name for the server.
The last step is to connect the server with Zentyal account. You can skip this step if you don’t want to.
And finally, the server is up and running. You will see the Zentyal Dashboard on the web management.
