This tutorial is going to show you how to install VMware Workstation 10 on Ubuntu 13.10. VMware Workstation is a virtualization software which lets us to run multiple Operating System on single host.
First, download the VMware Workstation 10. Please note that I do not include the download link since VMware is a paid software. But you can download the free trial from VMware website.
The VMware Workstation installed file is .bundle file. In my case I have the following installer file name: VMware-Workstation-Full-10.0.1-1379776.i386.bundle
To install it, simply use the command below
sudo chmod +x VMware-Workstation-Full-10.0.1-1379776.i386.bundle
sudo sh VMware-Workstation-Full-10.0.1-1379776.i386.bundle
Then the VMware Workstation graphical installer will open up. Simply follow on screen installation wizard until finished.
